Service Enquiries

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or booking a call does not automatically create a client relationship between you and HarbrX.

A client relationship begins only when both sides agree to the project scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms through a proposal, agreement, invoice, or written confirmation.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or stop discussions for any project enquiry at our discretion.

Proposals, Pricing, and Timelines

Any proposal, estimate, quotation, or timeline shared by HarbrX is based on the information provided by the client at that time.

Project pricing and timelines may change if:

• Project scope changes
• Additional features or deliverables are requested
• Client feedback or approvals are delayed
• Required information, assets, or access are not provided on time
• Technical or third-party issues affect the project

Final project terms will be confirmed separately before work begins.

Payments

HarbrX does not currently process payments directly through the website.

Payments for services are handled separately through invoices, agreed payment methods, or direct communication.

Payment terms, due dates, advance payments, milestones, refunds, and late payment conditions will be mentioned separately in the project proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin only after the required advance payment or written approval is received.

Client Responsibilities

To complete a project properly, clients are expected to provide:

• Clear project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Accurate business and contact information
• Required content, assets, brand materials, or access
• Any information needed to complete the agreed work

HarbrX is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, unclear requirements, or third-party issues outside our control.

Revisions and Changes

Revisions, changes, and additional requests will be handled based on the agreed project scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, or a separate agreement.

HarbrX may decline requests that are unclear, unlawful, technically unreasonable, or outside the agreed scope.

Intellectual Property

All content on the HarbrX website, including text, visuals, layout, graphics, branding, designs, and case study presentation, belongs to HarbrX unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our website content without written permission.

For client projects, ownership of final deliverables will be handled according to the specific proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement between HarbrX and the client.

Unless otherwise agreed, HarbrX may retain the right to display completed work, case studies, designs, or project summaries in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.

If a project is confidential or under NDA, portfolio usage will follow the agreed confidentiality terms.

HarbrX may use third-party tools and services for communication, forms, hosting, booking, design, development, analytics, or project delivery.

These may include tools such as FormSubmit, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, Vercel, or other service providers.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, data loss, pricing changes, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
